I think having the wiki at the top is not such a good idea, perhaps forums should be at the top and labelled as Forums instead of Latest Site Happenings. The functionality is good, just needs some tweaks in the usability and design areas; it's a little bland/cold looking.
We really need a proper space where we can keep our gear setup as well as room for recording gear. Driving and having to setup everytime we wanna practice / record isn't really an option. Thanks for the advice though that's a great idea for getting a feel for an echo-y school hall.
I'm looking at renting some rehearsal / studio space in Auckland for writing and recording music. Does anyone have any ideas or advice on how to get some space? I'm at a bit of a loss as to where I'm supposed to be looking.
I've converted a spare room at work into a space, it's not ideal but it'll do for the time being.
I rang one storage space and they don't allow bands. I'm based in Eden Terrace / Kingsland area. Which storage company allows bands to practice?
