We're back!
Stuntcock and G Force have rejoined Just One Fix to record JOF's debut album.
Work has commenced at The Lab (Mt Eden) with Paul Matthews as Producer and after 40 hours of blood and sweat G has finished her drum tracks.
Stuntcock has also finished his bass tracks apart from a couple of tweaks here and there and Sharne started laying down rhythm guitars yesterday.
The album, featuring 10 full length songs, should be mixed and mastered by the end of March/early April and once packaging and duplication are done it will be available in shops!
Cheers to everyone who has supported us so far and special thanks to Nathan (from Atwaters Musicworks Drum dept) who has been so generous with drum gear!

This event marks the 13th year that Damien Echols, Jessie Misskelley and Jason Baldwin have spent in prison, Echols on death row, for a crime they did not commit. Although these events took place in West Memphis in Arkansas, USA, the issue is worldwide; social discrimination. These three young men, dubbed the West Memphis Three, were convicted on the basis that they wore Metal band t-shirts, had black hair and read Steven King books!!!
The purpose of the gig on 2nd June is to raise awareness for the West Memphis Three's case and the issues at hand, and to raise funds to go towards the costs of legal defence which they cannot produce without outside help.

WOT AN INCREDIBLE NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!
My heartfelt thanks goes out to all who helped make Ant's 30th birthday one he'll never forget!!
Trial by Fire were wikkid, best I've heard them play yet! Thanks dudes! Coffin with Spikes went off!!!! Can't thank those guys enough for putting that show together in a mere 5 weeks and giving Ant the best present ever (well, other than the real Iron Maiden playing!!!). Thanks to Ami and everyone else who blew up the balloons etc and made the Rock Bar look so kool. The Ant-on-a-stick masks that Alexis made were freaky-as and he really enjoyed the titty birthday cake that Fiona made!! Thanks to Mandi of Done with Mirrors for designing the invite and Happy Birthday poster. Thanks to Riccardo for doing the mc-ing. Thanks to Ant's bro's and cousin for amusing us with tales of his childhood. My favourite was the Wonder Woman story I also loved Ant's mum and dad's outfits (Maiden shirts!!). Lastly big ups to Andy for the venue, pa, engineering etc and the wikkid drinks specials.
It was such a kool kool night. I can't believe we managed to keep the secret all that time! He was so surprised!
Anyway, enuff from me. I think the man himself is gonna post up some photos n shit at some stage so look out for those.
Thanks again my friends
Luv G
Nice ending to the night - cigarette lighters flaring and an arm-in-arm chorus of Goodbye to "Romans" led by Oz Richardson himself:
"Goodbye to romance, yeah
Goodbye to friends, I tell you
Goodbye to all the past
I guess that we`ll meet,
we`ll meet in the end"
Cheers to my good buddies who showed up at the Rock Bar on Sat night to help me celebrate my birthday. Those who didn't make it missed a wikkid night! Ward 10, Remote and Soul Infected all played brutally - cheers HEAPS to these bands for helping to make it a kool nite. Special thanks to Andy for taking care of the sound and VERY special thanks to Gimpy for organising the whole thing (love you long time) /m/

Last night at the Lincoln Green was kool! Great crowd action (especially the Warbeast mosh pit!) and good sets by all the bands (nice Slayer teaser by Trial By Fire ). Stuntcock's Vagina song was a highlight (shame about the shitload of delay on the vocals!!) and it was great to see the Green groovin' on a Thursday night /m/
Hey, G from Just One Fix here. It was kool to finally get to see you guys on Saturday night! Looking forward to doing some shows together in 2005!!
