Saw the boys coming through the airprot ( I work there) on their way to Auz....couldn't help but telling them they kicked ass!! Can't wait for London Shed and/or Roadhouse!!! C ya's there!! /m/
Sorry..I just read all the previous jokes & realised this one had already been posted twice!!! Doh!
Copy/pasted from Datsuns Prize pack joke competition forum:
What did 48 May say to the crowd after their only sellout gig?
You guys rock! and thanks for giving up your lunchtime J3!
manamana
Hahaha. Whoops..I mean....that's not very nice. hehehe
Gee.....tough crowd. :{
I really want this prize pack..obviously!!!!
And yeah..you guessed it..yet another:
Q: How many vocalists does it take to screw in a bulb?
A: None. They hold the bulb over their head and the world revolves around them.
And another:
Q: What's the first thing a musician says at work??
A: Would you like fries with that?
And another:
Q: What do you call a guitar player that only knows two chords?
A: A music critic.
No offence to muso's AT ALL! Especially since my guitarist 'other half' has a much higher IQ than I do!! But I thought I thought this joke was pretty amusing.
Two men were at a bar and one said, "Hey, I had my IQ checked and it was 175." The other responded, "That's a coincidence so is mine, what do you do for a living?" "I'm a physicist." Was the reply. Again came "that's a coincidence so am I."
This was overheard at a nearby table and these two compared IQ's at 160 and were surprised that they were both brain surgeons.
At another nearby table one man despondently said to the other "Did you hear that? I had my IQ checked and it was only 52." The other said, rather enthusiastically, "That's a coincidence. So is mine. What instrument do you play????"
Agreed. I do like Blindspott but would'nt have picked them above Metallica, Rage & Chillies etc but I think NZ'ers are finally getting behind local acts & it's good to see them up there. Obviously there will be alot of people who disagree with Blindspott taking out #1 but good on them anyhew.
Hey boys.....thought I'd come on & say Hi (long time no see!!). Hope everything is going well...congrats on all your success. Go Betchadupa!!!! ....Evana (and Dana). *wink*
Yeah Hopefully!! I really liked Julia Vallet's show 'Superock'? I think it was called...back when MTV was on (like '98 ish); it would be cool if they had a paylist similar (and she managed a few good interviews also with the likes of Manson etc).
I'm sure C4 will take in to account their viewers ideas & comments.
Quote/Heather: Audioslave, 48May, Deftones, POD, Nickelback is what I remember. So....nope
I like all the bands you just mentioned!!! ;{ ...although I thought the show was gunna be more 'hardout' which would be cool;....ne'mind.
Yeah I just copy/pasted it from C4 site.....sorry if there are some mistakes or missing details etc but meh..it is not I that collaborated the list!!!
How's #74...Poi E?? mwahahaha! How'd THAT even get on the list?? Random.
Sorry to take up so much room with this post but I thought some or you may appreciate seeing the C4 top 100 in all its glory.

Anyone know where to get tickets from & how much??? I CAN'T miss this one!!!
Well actually.....yes. *Gets the claws out.....reooowwwwwwwwwwlllll, hiss, hiss* hahaha
Totally agreed on the Sepultura clip Tama.....was watching the DVD the other day..god I love it!! Long live Max!!! There were alot of videos that should've been on the list that weren't....I really like all of Marilyn Manson's vodeos....same director that did 'Fighter' by Christina Aguleria. Does anyone know what number 'Beautifull people' by Manson came in @?
Hell yes..Cemetary Gates! Shit I sing along to anything and everything....but yeah I guess me favourite bands to sing along with would be Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Incubus, Sublime & Silverchair....favourite songs?? dunno..to many to choose from!!! Plus I must confess..I can't help but belt out a poor rendition of Beautiful by Christina Aguleria every time I hear it. Shame on me.
I just have to add......I thought Thriller would definately come in @ #1..and even though I love Nirvana & like the S.L.T.S vid...I don't think it was worthy of shunting MJ to #2 or even gracing the top 10 to tell ya the truth. Just my opinion..but yeah..I think S.L.T.S should've been pushed down a little.
Yeah I kinda felt like one.......but meh.....na.......they were just like' Oh, thanks man, thanks heaps'. They were cool.
