Yeah exactly. Without Z I wouldn't have heard of magority of the bands I like. There's so much that they play that no one else does. Things that we now won't hear on NZ radio again.
I still wish them luck with this, and hope it does turn out for the best. I LOVE New Zealand music, but like I said before.. it just depends how the run with it.
Heh the reason I like the idea is that.. it was actually in my 20 year life plan.
I guess it was enevitable that someone else did it before me.. but still I would have liked to have done it.

I like the idea. And I think it has potential, it just depends how they run with it. It will either be awesome or shit.
Having said that.. I would have much rather prefered that it was a new radio station.. rather then replacing channel Z.
Channel Z is by far the best mainstream radio station and they play many songs I would have never heard of otherwise.
I listen to the radio a lot. So yeah I'm kinda like "Awww". But I still have mp3s and cds.

I heard it on the radio over 2 years ago (I taped it though, that's how I remember it), I'm fairly sure it's a New Zealand band, as I've searched the lyrics over and over, and can't find anything.
