I was at the making of the video for the latest clip, cant remember the name of the song - duh. just saw it on M2 and think it's awesome!!!! On the day it was just a guy at a gig and now it makes a lot more sense cause there's liam driving some fucked up guy in the country somewhere - all makes sense now. When are they playing next in nz?
ok - heres another side of the coin. I dont agree with the having to pay but lets say a band like goldenhorse for example...they get 3 grants at 5k each...government invests $15k in them...no-ones complaining. So for something like this and the exposure they're going to get the govt are putting in cash and the band or label expected to put a mere $1.5k...it's not entirely right but it's not that bad...it cant just be a one way street from the government handing out cash can it?
