is it true fang are playing live next week on space...did anyone else hear that?
summerofsam and moosus - can I ask how old you are? I see what you're saying and maybe i'm just the wrong demographic now cause i found the non music peices so damn irritating. Did anyone else find them funny?
Space is dead. A new couch with white stuff glued on the top and now we've got fucking skits! when presenters think people want to watch them and not the music then it's all downhill. Just cant be bothered with it, either i'm getting old or the show's demographics have changed and it's for 12 year olds. TV at it's worst - i give it another year and then it's over - aaaarrrggg!

Pines vinyl got completely fucked up due to apparantly a fire alarm going off at the precise time it was being pressed causing the vinyl to basically sound like a towel over the speakers with a fat hand trying to scratch!
so it's been done again...should be ready by christmas...b sides are "days on end" live featuring paul from Minuit on guest vocals and "lately" live from rdu music week.
They'll also be doing a gig with Fang at the dux on Saturday 16th November - free
Quiet night - loud night.
Loud night - Sonic Youth, Rawer, the Incisions, HDU, Birchville cat Motel, Looma
Queit night - Ed harcourt, Phoenix Foundation, Pine, The Brunettes, Cloudboy, John White
Arch Hill are very pleased to announce the completion of the latest video for the Pine csong 'Mystery'. What makes this video a little special is that we managed to rope in one of the biggest names in the world of music video making - Richard Bell. He has put together a stunner of a video on a very shoestring budget - reflecting his preference for working with good songs and ideas like those of Pine.
Richard has produced more than 500 music videos for some of the globes biggest names, including U2, Nirvana, Joy Division, Depeche Mode, Johnny Cash and others.
just last week he got back from France where he was making the latest U2 offering. In fact, he completed editing the Pine video on his laptop during extended tea breaks, while regular video making partner and director Anton Corbijan (who is perhaps the worlds biggest video maker) finished off the final studio cuts of said U2 video. Commercials credits include VANS and Nike and now he works for Christchurch Company SAUCE.
The video will be premiered on Nightline on Monday (tonight) or Tuesday - 10.30pm on TV3, and no doubt will soon be seen elsewhere as well.
It's a shame about DK recorded stuff -it doesn't seem to do them justice. Who records, produces their albums?
How about a liitle button under the banner where people can "Suggest Actions"...saves you guys the work of searching for a thing a day and might uncover some more things from the smaller bands??
