Pringles are the worst invention ever. The advertising makes them sound so great, and they're in that interesting tube contraption - but they taste like cardboard crackers. No fun.
Entertaining discussion under the post. Where's the vitriol? Bring back the vitriol!
Botany/Manukau? Are you crazy? If you want to live in Grey Lynn, and face it, who wouldn't? then there's a room going in 7 weeks' time. It's quality.

yeah, nah not so exciting. Not for me either, I am but lowly management.
I think there is a Fleet party - I heard Cortina are playing! More info, anyone?
I can't use my airpoints to upgrade my flight because they're on Air NZ and my flights are on Singapore Airlines. Oh, the injustice!
So I think I've figured something out.. on the recent posts page, the 'author' is the person who originally wrote the topic, not the person who made the most recent comment.
Any chance of switching the dates to nz style (day then month)? I am easily confused. And, in the 'all recent posts' does it only show one from each person? Why don't I see mine? And in 'my recent posts' my recent posts aren't showing. I like that I can edit my posts and preview them, but is it possible to make the preview optional? Or put the 'post comment' button closer to the preview box? I am a lazy scroller :) Finally the order of comments takes some getting used to - means starting at the bottom to follow the thread, then back again for replies. What do other people think?
On a positive note, I like it. Nice clean design. I like that I can embed links. No image tags allowed - too much moderation required? I would like to post a gig poster in the gigs section.
Yes yes yes.
Now they just need to make the itunes store less crap. I hate that I can't bookmark things, open new tabs, and generally use it like I use my internet browser.
Devil Rider is right, Public Address and PA System have some good discussion on this point. I'd also recommend Dubber's newswire, which you can sign up for at www.newmusicstrategies.com.
So there are a few sides to the story, but it does seem like a step in the right direction for the majors - here's hoping the others don't take too long to follow.
Interesting to read that some people see it as a precedent to follow in opening up new pricing structures for itunes - ie not all tracks cost the same.
I like that an album still costs the same even though individual tracks without drm and at the new increased bit rate cost US$0.30c more.
I'm very much not into buying drm-ed music, particularly since yesterday it meant I had to go buy a cd copy of an album I'd already bought from itunes, just so I could put a track on a compilation cd.
I would also like to say, on ya. TM is a tough job, and maybe you need to supplement your income with """e-manuals""".
E-manual.
Why does that sound so wrong?
Also, what Jo said. MY EYES!! Please please please tell me someone spellchecks your ""e-manual"".
Potatoes = good and until someone cut n pastes that story here I won't hear otherwise. Anyway it wants my email address so I'm not going there
I got smashed in the head by a blissed out fan. It hurt a lot. But I managed not to pass out long enough to take this photo

"Indie record label V2 North America, home to such acts as the White Stripes, Moby and the Raconteurs, laid off its staff Friday and will primarily become a catalog label."
What's a catalog label? I'm guessing it means they'll retain whatever rights they had but not produce anything new..

It bugs me that the numbers part of the keyboard, when it is included, does not include a = key. This is a major pain for using excel.
