Its for a five piece rock band, four guys (all single and spunky!!) and one female vocalist. Used to be called "The Universal" until they got signed to Universal, and after much talk, decided to change thier name before they got too known. BUT!! change it to what........

George is a million years old but still brilliant! I wouldnt call it pop at all though, more rock I would say. She is definitly one of NZ's better singers and although is old school, still has what it takes and will keep being a NZ legend and icon! Her work in the Strawpeople and in the Headless Chickens was breath taking also.

Eight are wonderful. They have had a demo out now for awhile, its a 11 track, you can buy it at Real Groovy for $20. In the next wee while, they will be releasing a full album and that is set to rock! 'Whale' is thier first single but will be soon followed up with another hit! The lead singer Bruce's voice is refreshingly new and add's a whole new dimension to thier music.
Support them by requesting thier songs on Channel Z or the Rock and buy that demo album or single!
