I would take good care of her if I could... but for now she is just going to have to be content with nightly phone calls.
I promise that when she does come back home I will take really good care of her.
The parcel arrived today. I'm going to visit this afternoon so I'll bring it in for her. I'm sure she'll be very pleased.
For the past half hour I have honestly been close to hysterics.
The new website!!! The new songs on the new website!!!
Your new website is truly beautiful. And so are the pictures. And the songs. And everything.
I really cannot wait until you boys next visit Nelson. Please come soon.
Trix, we have it on video. We might be able to copy it for you, or you can borrow it, or something.

Paselode played the best outdoors gig I have attended in quite some time.
Paselode are the best band I never saw.
Happy Birthday Aka. I love you.
*goes to make a birthday cake without messing up the kitchen*
Today was a day where I decided to post, because I seldom do, and thought it time I did.
I was kind of thinking that I might not like them, that they might be all just a bit too cool for me, but they were brilliant. So much energy and so much passion. I loved it. The set, if I actually think about it, may have seemed a little short, but thoughts of lenth were really not concerning me... the thoughts that were occupying my mind after the gig were thoughts of awe and amazement.
I was severely impressed.
Andrew told me I would hate Die! Die! Die!....
But, he was wrong. He was very wrong indeed.
Trippy spinning wheel? Which level?
Green wall.... this is the last level, and the hardest. To fix the green wall - randomly fill in as much as you can, but don't really worry or think about it. Every space where there is still a grey rectangle, click on the one to its right. Continue this, and you should beat the damn thing!
Indeed it was a lot of fun, I loved it. Frustrating at times, but I need something like that every so often. I must say though, it is rather annoying, that at the end, it is just a 'to be continued'. If you need help at any point, don't hesitate to ask ;)
Interesting that you should mention Zep because on the 4th of December, 23 years ago, they announced "they could not continue as they were."
When Mother Guru came back after touring, there was some sparkle missing. They just seemed drained, tired... lacking in something. They were still great (and I mean great great great great GREAT!), but, that little extra piece of charm was absent. I had come to accept it. But, the last two times I have been privileged enough to see Mother Guru play have been incredibly amazing. The new material is beautiful and something in their presence seems replenished. I'm excited, and I can't wait for more.
I attended Le Rock on Saturday.
Mmmmmmm 1QA.
I was really excited about seeing 1QA again, and I was not let down. It was more than fantastic.
So much energy, from both the crowd and the band. Everyone was eagerly lapping up their delicious sound.
I wish they would come and visit more often...
...bring on the cusp '04!
Hah, funny that this should be brought up. I listened to the CD again yesterday, and I honestly have not stopped playing it since, and don't think I will for some time yet. Damn, it's so catchy, so good.
I usually skip 'Here Comes the Rock'n Roll', as it is on soapbox Vol. 1, and has already been over played in our house. :D 'Secrects' is awesome. I really love the screamy/shouty bit at the start, I also love the rest of the song. 'Something Real' is completely beautiful. I love the harmonies. The vocals and lyrics are just perfect. 'The Anarchy', is too, a good track.
I really really love this CD! It is a very textured and interesting CD. It has a good mixture of hards and softs, louds and quiets. I seriously, at the moment, can not get enough of it.

And after reading AKA's post above, I remembered that I too met Barnaby. How could I forget?
Yeah. Looks like it.
