living in napier for a few years, that was sweet, lots of bands (thanks to the crew at the state of it), but now im in new plymouth and bands dont wanna come here either.
too many people think were rednecks.

yeah i remember doing a 3-day before the gig poster run.
we put them everywhere and even got up to a bit of graffitti with all the floury-glue stuff!. on power boxes, rubbishbins everywhere down the main st of new Plymouth, which is the straightest main st in the southern hemisphere or some shit.
Wall paper paste would be my preferred.

thats one of the great things about b-net stations, they arent confined to a genre (the rock) or how $ucce$$ful the song is (the edge), a great mix with a great kiwi content. that makes commercial stations shake in their snakeskin boots. they dont need a laundrymat, they can take them to the vet. (had to do the clash thing).

i listen to 92.3 The Most FM (new plymouths b-net station) , great station, great music and i hear the guy who does the drive show is a fucking legend. (in his own mind)

coz some bands sound really fuckin cool for a while, then you ,listen to anothe band heaps for a while then occasionally you go back to that original band a few times and so forth....
