being an aucklander, i'm going to abuse my right and say right now that bFM is the best by far. they've always supported NZ bands, no matter what size while still manageing to avoid (what they and i would consider) the crap (feelers, zed, tadpole, truebliss... yeah you get the idea.)
I have to agree, bomber is such crap. "Oh look at me, i hate the government, oh look at me, i hate the pigs, and look at me, i'm a dickhead".
Bomber: question: why don't you actually do something useful? all credit to you for getting out there and making noise for us youngens', but have you actually thought about how influential what you say is? You hold a position where you can reach so many young people, so instead of using it to be a bitch about everything we can do nothing about, why don't you do something good, like getting rid of government radio bullshit... nooooooo...
Having the government develop its own little piece of shit youth radio station will suck. How can it survive? how is it going cater to for south auckland and palmerston north at the same time? Does any body remember the max TV episode?? grrr... i'm gettin all angry so i'll leave it at that.

aahhh... sample g is shit. shit shit shit. He prances around under the banner of NZ's premier DJ, and yeah his largered CD's sold well, but really, what the fuck do sales mean? 6 mix CD's and how many kiwi tracks?? other that his own, my guess wouldn't be any higher than 10.
Not to dis the industry, we produce some beautiful electronica.. epsilem blue, SJD, bevan keys, chumbwa to name a few well known ones. What makes our dance so special is that it sounds like New Zealand, it sounds like it came from the grass roots, it sounds like earth, and it soiunds damn fucken good.
