Also I forgot to say that I also feel sorry for tenants who have lived in those apartments prior to the clubs moving in. Why should the tenants move out when the clubs moved in, get a life be real, how many times of you moved somewhere, you love the place love the atmosphere then all of a sudden someone else moves next door or under you (clubs) then they make life hell for you.... Doubt it man, there needs to be some compromise...........
This is a big problem, I feel sorry for the clubs in repect they will get penilised for the noise especially after hours, also they will definietly loose out in making themselves a profit, but then again I also feel sorry for the tenants of these apartments due to not getting any sleep for people who work the next day, also with people who have children that wouldn't be nice. So I think the landlords should be able to help both parties out by insulating more soound proof walls for the tenants, and this way both parties will be okay the tenants can sleep while the club can keep partying. Even if the landlord has to raise rent for both parties do it, its cheaper to do it that way than to get hasseled and fined for the noise control for both parties......
