I heard a rumour he was gonna be in the Sth Island at some stage but I'm not sure when.
Yar. People are keen for the most part but booking good bands at a decent venue can hit you in the pocket - you know the one I mean. There's a few really good bands around the Tron though.
Ha.. yeah
I think AKA has been in touch with some info in the background though so sweet as!
Yo, help a brother out.
We're taking 3 bands to Chch and Dundun in May and WE WANT TO PLAY NELSON AS WELL.
Question the first = what are a couple of good ALL AGES venues in Nelson that I can get in touch with, otherwise is Phat good for a licensed venue?
Question the second) are you a Nelson band that wants a gig on May 19th. The genre of the bands we're bringing are Art-rock, Post-punk and El Warpo Pop, so any kind rock is good, yo.
Jon Jr
Hit this gig man, Servo and The Clerics sets are about 20-25 mins each so nice and short. You won't wanna miss Slipping Tongue as their front person is quite gentle on the eyes.
Anyway, if you don't want to listen to a particular band you could A) go outside for a smoke, B) try your latest pickup line on that blonde by the bar, or C) read a Manfighters comic that you picked up at Armageddon during the day - until the next rocking band takes the stage...
