ok fair enough. i cant understand why you would get much of a turnout AT ALL in motueka though. its such a HOLE and very small. maybe you should try to get your bands to play at the Shark club! (across the road) usually GOES OFF in there when bands play. BTW when are the mint chicks coming here?
because to get to Wellington i have to bus to Picton ($50 both ways) and ferry to Welly ($80 both ways) not to mention party money and its worse to get to chch. its a 4 1/2 drive one way.... it is quite far and also rather petrol guzzling. and we are right in the middle of the country. bands must go OUT OF THEIR WAY to go around us to travel on to chch.!!!
Well i dont live in Invercagil or Oamaru *thank god* (no offence to those of you who do) but compared to what chch and Duniden get ( i dont want to include the north island coz they get EVERYONE playing up there) we dont get PISS ALL. and it SUCKS. Considering we are a reasonable size city......

hmm gee, let me think smacht. i think you pulled that one out of your ass. obviously you have narrow mindedly used MACS for WAY TO LONG. i have not yet met anyone (in person, any fool can type shit )who "LIKES" MACS and ive spent the last three years studying computer technology. Ive heard whispers about MACS being better for grapic design and i learnt THAT WAS A LIE first hand. MACS are just trying to be different from Microsoft, instead of comprehensive resulting in a totally UNUSEABLE comp. GO PC
hey, ive been surfing a whole lot of punk band sites but its taking ages and theres so many. Can anyone give me some suggestions of some bands that are GOOD and that have mp3s to download. (im into Millincollin, Nofx etc) please help. THANKS
i had a look at your site, but this GAY ASS company that i work for has firewalls up the ying yang and it wont allow me to do ANYTHING (download or listen to mp3s) that might "effect my concentration". Sux but i shall check out your sounds when i go home... are you guys "rock" or "punk" the long hair makes me wonder???
For the sake of your SANITY i suggest you stick with the PC, Not only is there HEAPS more software available, Macs are so incompatible with PCs if you wanna share shit with people who have PCs, it makes life very difficult, which isnt very nice when you've gone to the trouble of editing or making music (which ever it is that you doin) take my word for it.... PC!!

that kind of defeats the purpose of my topic in the first place!!! its all very well saying. why dont you go to where the bands play.... but i want the bands to come here.... we are one of the main cities in NZ (at least i think so considering our size) so they should. it seems maybe they arent playing at the right venues to get the right crowd if there is a problem with numbers turning up!
