i don't know how many people know this, but there's a band from England who have stolen Kitsch's name. and they sound way too new wave sort of stuff. when the real Kitsch find out about this, they ain't gonna be too happy

Opression from no-one? What in the hell are you talking about?

Good fucking point, bands with talent wouldn't even need $5 grand, it just shows that a little bit goes a long way. Someone should send a letter to them and tell them that this is way more worth the while.

WHAT THE FUCK? It's bad enough the government taking a cut of my money to pay teachers to tell me what to do, but for this fucking show? I can't believe they're spending taxpayer's money on such a fucking crap show, they could spend it on castrating dangerous criminals, or put it into important stuff that this little country actually NEEDS. All of you, get as many people to not watch NZ Idol, TV3, put a good show on at the same time as NZ Idol so that the Idol viewers don't watch it, someone disrupt the auditions, we need anarchy to stop this bullshit!

I like NZ music, make no mistake, but I also like a lot of music from overseas as well. They need to learn when to realise that NZ music is being broadcasted enough, when it is thriving and when it is doing extremely well. They also need to realise when they're taking NZ music pride too far. Scrapping a great station like Channel Z is taking it too far. Channel Z was the only station that was perfect, it was the only station I knew of that had a youth talkback show, 30% NZ music, and great overseas music as well. They need to learn that NZ music isn't the only music. If I was rich, I would buy the rights to Channel Z and ressurect it. But alas I don't. Channel Z was at it's best when it was scrapped, thanks mate, now I have to find myself a station that plays good music most of the time like Z did.
