Tadpole are amazing!! I'm Canadian and bought the Buddhafinger online (took 6 bloody weeks to arrive). It is incredible. Great vocals-Renee's pretty good looking too:) Everything about the CD and the band is great. It's a shame I have to go there to see a performance (Then again, I heard New Zealand is lovely any time of the year) . They'd do so well here in the Great White North. Tadpole Rules!!
Us Canadians have other great artists like Econoline Crush, Moist and, of course, the Tragically Hip. But we need to hear more Kiwi artists up here. Shihad, Stellar* and Fur Patrol all kick ass, but the best are Tadpole. I bought their CD online from Sounds and played it for some of my friends here in Ottawa, and everyone loved them! NZ Music kicks ass! I want more!
