Oh man, future problem solving... I did that in year 7. Hated it! But it was the school's ENTIRE gifted program at the time. My mum sent me there thinking they have GREAT things for the able students, she STILL thinks that... but you can't skip years in subjects and the real point of Philosophy (which is the entrie gifted program now!) is that we get to get out of class for an hour a week and do something that's actually interesting...
