Choice guys, great news to hear. Look forward to seeing you play - maybe we can organise a gig together? Good luck with immigration, they can be tight fuckers these days.
Looking forward to the gig on thursday...
its gonna be bitchin you dirty sluts
Anyone who wants to see Jakes other band Picture Imp, they are playing tonight at Eastside, Vic Uni.
Early show starts at 7pm.
The bands name is Picture Imp now.
We have a gig tonight at Eastside and one on the 7th of Oct at the Valve supporting El Schlong!!!!
El Schlong are a superb metal band from Dunedin who are set to take out the Battle of the Bands final in Auckland. Don't miss them, Fire will be there too.
Hmmm...
The Circus Machine...
What about a Circus Imp Picture Machine?
Or a Circus in the Land of Imps?
Just a thought...
Love Dan
Hey Connan, I've started drinking again so you owe me a bottle of wine.
Nah just kidding, I am as sober as a charity marathon....
Oh dear....
Hmmm Nick is in two bands, Jake is in two bands.
I wonder which band they prefer?
Hmmm.....
(Just kidding)
Um... NZ is already a democracy...
(And we already have a George Bush too)
But back to the subject:
NZ does not need to get behind rising punk bands, punk fans need to get behind punk bands.
I am not a fan of punk, it is not my problem or interest to further punk's presence here. The fans and the bands must promote their own interests, it is not NZ who should get behind them. It may be true however that the NZ music industry needs to open up to more varied styles of music than what it is currently interested in promoting.
Go El Schlong!!!!!!!!!
Its Dan from Picture Imp again.
Looking forward to the gig at Valve on the 7th. Have you seen Fire? They are pretty cool, you will enjoy it (if you haven't already heard them)
Have fun in Auckland
Dan
Hows it?
This is Dan from Picture Imp. Just wondering how things are going. We won the Vic Uni battle of the Bands the other weekend - only ten bands entered though so I guess it aint that impressive. But we get 20hrs free recording time so thats cool. I hope things are going well in the lower frequencies. I would be extremely saddened if things died now - before I have even seen a full gig of yours...
Remember: All that is right flows smoothly, but often seems too slowely.
Good luck,
Dan
Still need a band?
Picture Imp would be happy to oblige.
