Personally, I hate those Starburst (?) ads - where it's inappropriate to eat fruit..... The first one where guy yells "fire" at least makes a lil sense - but why would you pull out an orange when you're in the middle of hosing down a fire (in the second ad?).
And what's with all these ads that just don't mean ANYTHING....just really random. It's like everyone's following on the idea of the Playstation ads.

Waaaheeeyyyy...I hadn't been back here for SOOOO LONG...come back, and the sites's had a make-over. So far, so good...I like it.
Well, I'm 20, and I've always liked Zed. I liked them before I even saw them, I just liked their music I heard on the radio. So it's not as some people say, that people only like Zed for their looks.
I understand that Zed is not to everyone's liking. I even accept that people will say that Zed sux or whatever. What I don't get is people who say they have no talent. Obviously they do if they've managed to make it overseas, and especially the US. Everyone has their own tastes, why don't we all agree to disagree - like someone said before.
I've always loved Crowded House: Don't Dream it's over and Better be Home Soon. Not sure if they're my FAVOURITE, but always loved them.

Well, TV4 is playing NZ videos each night (7pm and 9:25pm). And the Friday episodes of Most Wanted are supposed to focus on NZ vids (not sure if it's ALL NZ vids though).

Not a suggestion, I just wanted to say that I like how you can preview what you've written before you post it. It's a good idea - and saves time...you know, sometimes, in some places you have to post another board to correct yourself, or to make yourself clearer, when you realise you've stuffed something up AFTER it's been posted.
Vic is right. A LOT of people can't talk about Zed without going on and on...and on, about how spunky (etc) they look, and how much they love them. It's nothing new, we've all heard it before.
I'm curious about that too. But you can expect them to be gone for a long time. I don't know about FOUR YEARS though...unless they go to all those other countries before coming home.
I watch it occasionally, but I have no idea who this "Marshall" is. Is it a recent character?

I remember when I was the only one (not literally, of course) who'd even heard of Zed (way back then) - their target market then was definitely not the bunch of screaming teeny-boppers they have now. I suppose it gets them the audiences, the $$$$$ etc etc. I was SO glad they had the R18 concert in Wellington!
Yeah, I'm worried they COULD become close to being a boy-band. Let's see what the US does to them.
I don't really have a favourite, but Nathan and Adrian seem to be the nicest (not meaning looks, but personalities), you know? Andy seemed snobby the first time I saw him, so that impression has stuck with me and I can't shake it - guess what they say about first impressions is true. Ben...I don't know, he's okay I guess.
Oh, and you've probably all figured it out by now.... Those Boost ads - supposed to be 1c texting, and they play that "one finger one thumb keep moving" song - basically cheap txt, lotsa texting, can't use fingers/hands.
