I think you have to think about the shows cost. its not cheap to put on a show . so if you having to bring everything like p.a and lighting etc plus venue hire. basiclly the bigger the band the bigger the costs can be involed. I reckon $40.00 is hitting the limit. I would pay 30-40 to go to the paramount for a show. but maybe not to indigo for example to see a kiwi act.

Chris Tate and Chris Gee from College Hill in Auckland are great sound guys. And they have the best P.A system in New Zealand. Pity most bands cant really afford to pay large amounts of money for extra P.A for gigs. It can make such a difference having good monitors and mics if only that.

Paul Crowther is great as well. But he doesnt really do much live sound anymore which is a pity.

Pip is a great guitar player she will do well! pity that this had to happen but they never really had the normal work hard band life anyway. They were treated like rock stars ( and acted) before they had even got out of wellington. normal bands work really hard and tour hard before they get to do much eles.
As for that singer I really hope he gets down off his high chair now. he was the biggest tantram thrower i had ever seen.
I hope now when i see them out that they will have a not so Im god look about them
all the best for them has individuals.
annd the best of luck for pip who is now in aussie! you rule girly
