i think its probably fair the bars keep their r18 status, but maybe bands that come should consider playing at a venue for all ages!? it cant be the best missing out on seeing your favourite band coz you arent of age...

I think you should all look out for Slipping Tongue, they won the spot for Parachute in January and their latest song 'Hypocrite' was on The Rock on Sunday, you might have seen them in Mt. Maunganui's Brewers Bar on the 20th, opening for Stardrunk and Savant, or at the Rock-a-thon earlier that day in Rotorua, or maybe opening for Goodshirt at Winterfest!? Go listen to them on their site! YAay for Rotorua bands!!
