Love Emma Paki... but that was embarrassing. Must have been embarrassing for her. She even got the the words to our National Anthem in Te Reo Maori wrong! Glad we won though!!

Yeah bro... I guess it's different audiences. Holmes' audience are generally more mature & conservative. Mike King's is, er.... ah, well, take yer pick! It's the same with other TV/radio shows - Some programmes contain coarse language & nudity with no complaint... if Holmes went there, you could just imagine the kinda response he'd get.

While it was a really dumb thing to say, I think it has been blown way out of proportion. But we see now it's okay for people to quip, Holmes is a 'cheeky little whitey.' A double-standard??

So no-one's heard that Holmes parody??

Righto, Soldierboy... Tom Waits - The One That Got Away.

How about this... The category is 'Made In NZ' - "Once we were dead now I guess we are angels." It's only one line, but that should be enough for a knowledgable lot such as yourselves ;)

His new song... well, kinda, sorta, ish. The new song about him. Have you heard it? Where can I get a copy? It is fun-nee!!

It's early days & I really shouldn't bag them till they've had a fair crack at it but... nah, stuff it. This is poorly made television. You want music tv? Go get Sky. It's the other programming such as Pulp Sport etc. that I'll be watching.

p.s. they love their Madonna!

Joh... yeah but take Neil Finn out of Crowded House & what do you have??? Exactly!! Say no more eh. Anyone heard of that really cool KIWI band Powderfinger? Delta Goodrem?... yeah she's from Te Awamutu apparently ;)

Must give props to the many commercial stations who are making an effort to boost NZ music airplay on radio. Programmers cater to demand... if the demand for more kiwi music is there, they'll play it! ZM are pretty good. So too are 2XSFM here in Palmy.

What is 'youth' radio?? Life fm, Edge, ZM, Mai, Z... all consider themselves 'youth radio' anyway. To some extent they are! But at the end of the day, they don't care about youth... all they care about is money (except for Life lol)!! We need real 'youth' radio addressing real 'youth' issues. It's public service radio. As for B-Net? Do you listen?
