Speaking of music videos I saw the Spike Jonze Rarities movie last night at the film festival. it was great... the 'big train' one was cool, spotted dave grohl and j mascis on the rail cars - did anyone see who the others were? and as for torrance community dance group!! that was great, i was so nervous for them performing at the mtv awards. ol' norman cook came across as a pretty nice guy. also cool to see christopher walker talking about the 'weapon of choice' video, the one where he dances all around a hotel foyer. "intense"
looking forward to michel gondry retrospective tomorrow
