NZ based, 4 piece rock band, looking for a businessman/manager to promote act at home, but more particularly overseas. Deadly serious venture (at embryonic stage). Talented, dedicated, determined...looking for same qualities in a business leader.
Experience not necessarily necessary...but a desire to make millions for us and yourself a definite pre-requisite.
Looking specifically for record deals/radio play and geared up as opening act for overseas acts. Believe we know our market and want to hammer it hard.

i just read your the bio on your website. I must say that that kind of talk horrifys me, but hell at least you're honest in admitting music is just merely a commodity for you, at least you're not trying to pitch what you do as artistic.
good luck with the business venture.

"A lesser known fact within the music industry" says the writer head of APRA, Arthur Baysting, "is the dearth of new music being made for the age group 35-50. That's where the true void is. People are looking for new, older-type music with 1960's/70's/80's influence."
They're obviously not looking hard enough...

hellodude,
thanks for the comments (re: Tombstoned). If you can handle mp3's in your e-mail I'd be happy to send the demo version. It's a slower, moody, piano based number. No relation to the numbers rolled and smoked in the Bolton Street Cemetery!!
D.U.B.A.D...more than fairly interesting title!!
