We are broken Silence. Our mission: to play a new, uncompromising breed of heavy rock and metal and unleash it on the unsuspecting audiences of Dunedin, New Zealand. The pinnacle of several now-defunct former bands, we are the result of 30 years’ combined experience in music and performance from 4 members:

Our influences span the spectrum of rock, metal and hardcore. We take a little from each, tweak it to suit our own tastes, and melt the lot down into a melodic maelstrom which has delighted and intrigued audiences from day one.
