I got my password to access artist area.... It just keeps taking me back to the log in page... I cant get in there so I got it to email me a password and tryed the second one and still no joy ... cnat access any artist controls ....
would appreciate you assistance

I think the problem is that there is 2 ...
I think the problem is that there is 2 logins you are using:
"AlyCook" and "Aly Cook". Make sure you login as the second one (as this is the official login for the Artist), to both the main site and the Artist Services area.
try pushing the REFRESH ICON on the ...
try pushing the REFRESH ICON on the internet explorer menu bar(next to the house) when ur in the artist area.
