We had our annual magazine vs the people whopaythebillswhat'sleftoveraftermysales soccer game. I am pleased to report that while I am the unfittest and the third drunkest, I stepped up to the plate and played for at least seven minutes and we won 4-2.

Hi, I discovered last night before I quit the game forever and ever and ever, that those chinese symbols go on top of the green dice thing. There's probably an order that they go on in, but I don't speak or read chinese so I can't figure it out. They're probably chinese symbols for numbers or something.

Heh, awwww. Yeah, the paper under the hair reveals the order of the numbers/chinese symbols for the dice. Look in the medicine bottle too.

If you're that frustrated, google search "viridian room walkthrough", if you can resist cheating through the whole thing & just use it when you're stuck.

Click the red blanket over the feet and you will find the lock.

I've finished my `puzzle' for the afternoon. I've more or less reconstructed someone elses 4 year old thought processes from some print-outs and data-files. On tuesday, I'll try and work out what they mean.

As an irrelevant aside, the interface I was talking about has about 40 parallel cables plugged into it, is connected to 3 servers via EIDE cables, and has a lot of either wires and LEDs on it. It also has a lot of cryptic diagrams, and even has "flip/flop" written above a bunch of LEDs. It's kind of like I'm a mad scientist. Oh wait!....
