I think you may be asking a bit much there. I wouldn't price a Deluxe at more than $2000-2500 tops (this would be for a mint example). I picked up a '73 SG Deluxe for $1100 only a couple of years ago. The price would also drop because of the mod with the humbucker. A shame that was done, the minis are way nicer sounding; and of course once you route it out for a full sized humbucker it can't be changed backed.
