What with the imminent closure of The Factory, my band desperatley needs a place to rehearse.

There were heaps of bands who practised out at The Factory, and I was just wondering what everybody else is doing now. I've heard rumours of somewhere out Island Bay way, but other than that, nothing.

If anybody knows of anywhere decent to rehearse, please reply to this post.
