righty now that its easter lent is over.
did/do any of you do lent? (lent is when you gie up something you can go without for 40 days before easter) if so, what did you give up?
i gave up meat all together for 40 days and it was crazy, temptation was everywhere. so yeeea

What was your motivation for giving up meat?
I think I could become a vegetarian if it wasn't for goddamn beef! Mince just tastes sooo nice ... it's like, if we aren't meant to eat it someone made a big mistake somewhere along the lines where they made it the nicest tasting thing on the planet!
But I dunno what I'd give up for a month is I decided to participate in lent ... which I dunno why I would since I'm not religious. But maybe drink (even though I go a month without drink without noticing some of the time anyway ...)

i just always have given up something before easter. when i was little my mum decided we would give up tv but that didnt do any good at all. i just went to my friends house and watched it there.
i just started to give up meat since then. this year it was super hard. indeed beef does taste so good, it tasted even better after not eating it for 40 days. since easter sunday ive eaten so much of it (double whopper, beeeeef kebab, beef everything!!) it was a big of an overload i must admit.
