Rehearsal space in Central Auckland

We have just lost our practise room in Ponsonby and as a result are looking for a new rehearsal spcae preferably in central auckland.
Can anyone help us out?!

We lost the room due to the lease on the building being bought out. The Killing Rooms isn't really an option we are looking for a fulltime option as we practise mostv days of the week.
