4. Pink Floyd - The Wall
5. Pearl Jam - Live at the Garden

I love Pearl Jam.

I went looking for DVD's during the weekend. Both online and in store.

What amazed me was how limited the selection actually is. There were so many bands that had a seemingly limited audience that were on DVD.

Is that the case really? Are there only a few decent music DVD's out at the moment?

Yes.

The bands I'd really love to see DVDs of are bands that are unlikely to ever have them. Or they're in zones my stupid arsehole DVD player wont play.

The world is against me.

Dust, I know this is silly, but blame it one velocity's influence...it's DVDs not DVD's...sorry. You can delete this after reading it.

fair call. I'm'arse'with'these'fangled'apostophe's'.

I fully endorse Daft Punk's Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5star 5ystem.
If you remember the two or three vid clips from 'Discovery' well this is the whole story. Beautifully crafted animation spanning the whole album.

just been watching the Time-Life 'History of Rock 'n Roll' series. damn. so good. really really really bad titles and title music, but don't let it put you off - they must have spent their series budget on finding jaw-droppingly amazing clips of screeds of bands playing live on tv shows/at festivals. so very very good. so many good interviews. hardly any narration (but that's done by Gary Busey, so, bonus!) i'm so goddamned desperate to fish out so much more music now.
