yeah, but its frowned upon, simply because in certain towns, people might get on the inbreeding bandwagon, and pretty soon you've got clones of Fielding and Huntly springing up all over the show,
If its a close cousin like 1sts I guess thats a no go to keep it on that okay level, but a 2nd cousin isn't too bad unless it causes backlash being so closely related. The reason I say this is because my sister & my cousin (2nd) ended up together..long story but anyway hence 5 kids were born so my 2 nieces & 3 nephews have turned out okay..their grandparents are our uncle & aunty for real anyway but nothing turned out wrong (physical handicaps, completely normal kids) & we function the same. I guess it made our family ties a bit more closer than close when it came to contacts. Its really up to people to think straight for themselves whats moral or not & to make wise choices that wouldnt offend people as much.
Apparently it aint. I also already said that my nephews/nieces are perfectly okay. They're grown children anyway ranging from 20,15,14,12 & 7 & believe me they have been subject to this issue all the time but it has been accepted into the family by now. According to other sources it is okay & its all to do with actual individuals really what does happen in the end.
