Where are They now??

anyone watching Where are they Now on TV1??

man some of the stuff on there tonight brings back many memories ie. The Creme Egg Ad (personal fav of mine in my younger years) and that stupid Peanut Butter ad, also some of the music from way back. Timeless nostalga

Forums: The Bar,

I missed it. What's the scoop behind the Creme Egg ad - that's quite an oldie innit. Did they have a look at the Pixie Caramel and Crunchie ads too?

I'd like to know what happened to that infamous icon of childhood entertainment, Thingee.

The girl in the Creme Egg ad is about 26 now. She said that when she was 23 she was recognised by a bouncer at a night club. Her grandfather was the headmaster in the Creme Egg ad.

She and her brother were also in an ad for Europa petrol stations, where they played brother and sister.

And that's about it.

check your maths Robyn

;)

You know, I wouldn't mind a creme egg right now that's we've mentioned it. Mmmmmm, shoooga!

And I had one this morining. Great stuff.

They saved the best till last - Erana Clarke, former New Zealand teen TV singing star, now best known as the vocal coach on Australian Idol.

She got involved with drugs at an early age, but moved to Australia and cleaned up. She explained that she felt like she an empty hole inside her, and she used drugs to fill that hole. But now she fills that empty feeling with God.

Oh look, there's a lesson in that for Luci!

Yep. Move to Australia.

Well it fixed a wee niggle for me, why the hell was the singing coach on ozzy idol, so damn familiar

WHatever happend to "the bloodhound gang"?

I think they're stars in a transexual travelling strip-show.

sounds like Jimmy Pop Ali.....

"transexual travelling strip-show" sounds nothing like "Jimmy Pop Ali" !!!! it doesn't even rhyme!

Cannot beat awesome tv programmes like:
A Team
Million Dollar Man
How about Dr Who....yeah thats right Dr WHO alright...Who the ph*k were all those other Dr's???
So much for being Dr Who..There were like so many of them.. I only recall cos thats my big brutthy's favourite programme at at time in his life.

i'd like to know where Rikki Morris is these days. a friend was in his video for "nobody else" (very 4th form interpretive dance) and would like to catch up.

Oh that song was so beautiful. And he was the spunk at the time cos there weren't very many nice looking nzealanders on t.v if I be safe to say.
