We also have the yet-to-be-seen-in-nz next season installment of 'The Office' at home on tape- flatmate's girlfriend brought it over from the UK last Tuesday. Oh yes!
May isn't all that bad, it fills a dull time of year, all the summer fests are well over and the winter ones haven't started, get into the last few months of the year and you clash with the whole rock quest road show, and exams........ hell I don't know, apart from true colours it sort of passed me by this year.
we all no that we shouldn't need a single month to celebrate NZ music, but the reality is by having NZ music month all sorts of events get media coverage and exposure which is really good for artists. Radio plays more NZ music, magazines feature more local bands and TV cover more music news.
