Has he acted inappropriately? Pretty likely.
Has he acted criminally? Possibly.
Line him up with all the other "peice of filth kiddy fiddler"s serving time. Is he a criminal of the same ilk? I doubt it.
Is sending him to prison as a child molester going to suitably punish and rehabilitate him? Nope.
Will it ruin him? Yup.
Will it kill him? Possibly.
Given that he's found guilty of any of these charges (and remember they haven't been proven yet) could better and more effective punishment/rehabilitation be:
- Take his children away from him
- Order him not to entertain any more children at his house, and ensure full supervision if he's ever meeting any young person
- All the parents of the children involved sue him
- Order him to undergo some serious psychological counselling?
I reckon. He's sick, that's for sure, everyone's known that for years, but I really don't think he's a criminal.
