On bFM this morning, I heard that the Aussie promoters had freaked out because of the lack of ticket sales. Apparently they're not specially well versed in kiwis' last-minute buying habits.
I heard hugh say on bfm this morning that the promoters freaked because not many tickets have sold yet so they decided to pull the show. what bloody wingbats - qotsa could EASILY have sold out. it's the week before christmas for crying out loud!...i wasn't planning on buying my ticket till jan anyway, im sure loads of people would have been in the same boat.
haha yeah i know.....just feels better blamming someone, anyway it worked out for the better coz they played a kickass show after the datsuns that night, it was so rad seeing them play on the .....green stage i think it was.
