Robbie's personality grew on me much quicker than the love for his music. He's just so swaggeringly cool. That's also what happened to me with the Spice Girls - I liked them so much that eventually I had to like their music too. Okay, admittedly, I have seen Spiceworld 26 times. Actually there's no Admittedly there, because I'm damn proud to love them.

Not really a case of living up to expectations for me. It was Duran Duran, after all. They could have played two songs, broken four strings and a roadie's arm, had the entire sound rig explode, and since they'd started with A View To A Kill I still would have been happy. Well, perhaps not overly satisfied, but you get the idea.
It'd be cool to see them come back as a headliner with the full stage show tho.
