Your ad might be a bit vague....try looking for a bassist, singer or drummer in the classifieds section of NZM, and then advertise for the other two, or (hopefully) just the one. People like joining bands that are already sort of formed...You should decide what sort of style of music you want to play too, to find like minded people. It sounds like you might be in high school too - put that in your ad (in the classifieds), so you get people your own age responding to the ad.
