How'd y'all find the comp rounds? We found it a bit odd, without a winner being announced at the end of the night. What time you were on also made a bit of a difference.

Wellington - Interesting to say the ...
Wellington - Interesting to say the least. The only way you knew JD's was involved was due to the staff wearing JD's clothes, posters on the wall and the JD rider.
It was simply just a gig and not anymore special than a gig you would put on yourself. The guys had a great time playing and our friends enjoyed themselves and it didnt feel like a competition.
I was disappointed about the actual promotion of the gig - however although I can list things that we gained from the gig Im not sure whether JD's could say the same. The ole scratch our back and we'll scratch yours idea just fell totally out the window.
