Since this morning's mess (ie arguments breaking out in about five different threads), the mods have come down pretty hard on anything that's off-topic, or looks like it may lead to an argument. You're not the only one that's had posts deleted.
BTW, if you want to discuss deleted posts in the future, email the folks at nzmusic rather than starting a topic. It's not really up for discussion in public.
I did follow your rules until I started getting ambushed by some of your fellow posters here. I am willing to let bygones be bygones but I do not think I have been treated fairly. And this is addressed solely to you madma moderator.
a friendly word of advice - this is a website about New Zealand music. the members here for the most part want to discuss new zealand music. the bar is there for other subjects yes, but flooding the forums with topics like doctors waiting room times is something that is going to irk most members. be cool - contribute, discuss and above all be intelligent. don't waste bandwidth with dribble. and that goes for some other new people as well. think before you post a topic- is this something really worth talking about? are people going to care? is anyone over the age of 12 going to get anything useful out of this?
