His biggest hit was probably 'Addicted to Love'. It caused a stir because of the video. Other songs I remember: 'Johnny & Mary' (which has just been talked about in the covers threads), 'Simply Irresistable' (which I think was used for a Pepsi ad campaign?), and as part of Power Station 'Some Like It Hot' and a cover of 'Get It On' by T-Rex.

This is all from the end of the 70s ('Johnny & Mary') through to mid 80s, so depending on how old you are it probably won't ring many bells. Not that I was more than single digits at that point. :)

In the early 90s I remember him covering 'I'll Be Your Baby' tonight with UB40 and making a medley of Marvin Gaye's 'Mercy Mercy Me' and 'I Want You'. No disrespect to a guy who's just died, but I was going to mention both of those in the worst covers thread. Not my scene at all.
