The Bride of Recent Purchases

Well, I having done much in the line of buying over the past coulpa weeks, but what I did get...

Leolo - Yay! I finally found a DVD copy of this awesome French-Canadian film. A sad, poetic story of an adolescence spent in the slums of Monteal. Shown on the Sundance Channel some years back, this is one of the 90s' best films.

Citizen Kane - another brilliant film. Hardly dated, and available as stunning 2-DVD set (indentical to the Region 1 edition), all I could ask myself was "why not?"

New FHM. Holly Vallance is a hunny-bunny.

A curry from the new Indian takeways at Auckland Uni.

Was it nice?? And do they do Mango Chicken?

I got my ticket to Brisbane today. Just under $700... fuck that was $200 more than I was expecting.

I don't know about Mango Chicken, but they do quite a few varieties. Except none of my fave, Vindaloo - Arrgh! Still, the Rogan Josh I had was pretty nice.

when did u get it?!! I thought they are still not open yet

It opened on Friday.

no wonder, i was at home preparing for me presentation notes.

a VERY expensive copy of international cricket monthly @ £3.25, but worth it...
And and an ounce of the finest Columbian hash, followed by the intense aural delight of Paul Ubana Jones, and BLERTA.

I didn't know you liked Everclear. I have all their albms except the newest & oldest. (oldest is EP)

Uh huh. Love them, I did have a copy of Sparkle and Fade but I lost it. I have 3 of their cds.

Buffy Season III Vol 2 boxed set DVDs, black label mcguigan merlot, and hangover curing wendys. I'd like to say that I bought something cultured, but I haven't. I'm still getting over how I don't get free cds and books anymore now that I'm unemployed. Sigh.

Buffy IS culture.

I love you, do you want to get married? As my dowry I'll bring all of seasons 3 and 6, and half of seasons 2 and 4.
