Fear Factor - ahhhh the show where anything could happen. Although the things the contestants are required to do are insane, there is actually a point to it all. It's to see what people limits/weaknesses are. And of course it is hosted by Joe Rogan which makes for easy viewing. The show 'scare tactics' coming soon to tv3 plays more on fear than fear factor does, so it should be interesting to see also.

for some reason i am drawn to the tv ...
for some reason i am drawn to the tv when i see people eating live bugs and almost puking. whether or not that makes me sick, or experienced of human nature, i'm not sure. but somehow it manages to make for an entertaining watch - but this only applies when there is nothing better to do.

I can honestly say that I am ambivalent towards "Fear Factor". I've seen it a few times, I've missed it many times more. It's just another average TV show, y'know.

Incidentally, Scare Tactics is hosted by Shannen Doherty, who recently declared on 60 Minutes, "I'm trying to find a way to say this without sounding conceited...but, well, people watch the show to see me."
