A fantasatic time, with good friends, good bands and cheap drinks..ALL bands made a huge effort and the resulting recording is going to be very nice.
The Album (as yet untitled, suggestions most welcome) will be released Oct 24th At Indigo Bar.
What a wikd evening - the best gig i've been to in Welly in ages.
MaryStaple were fantastic - Matts voice sounded superb - could here all the character he sings with loud and clear. Big ups to the Phoenix Foundation, a true class outfit.
Biggest thrill for me though was The Blue Set, first time i'd seen them and they blew me away. I've heard big things about these guys and can't wait to catch them when they're playing LOUD. can't get "Hospital Sex' out of my head.
