Forums: NZ Music,

I will vouch for Wonderland being an outstanding party. Wonderland 2003 was beautiful. Surrounded by the beautiful native bush of the Akatarawa Vally, with a pretty little stream, and a little bush walk, and a big long tunnel you can wander through (I met some nice people in that dark tunnel.) You follow the cool lights guide you between zones, the lazers and bubble machines in the Trance zone just blow your mind. And there is nothing so good as dancing round on the grass in the middle of the night.

Go to this event!

Oh yeah, and I heard War Of The Worlds in the chill zone! And they had free coffee there, and lollypops. Just a wicked bunch of people organising it and being really nice. Biig ups to Heloid, and big ups to Helix also for getting top Psy Trance DJ!!!

cheers Eddie, many thanks :-)

i almost found it amusing i got top psy DJ, as I've been playing a lot of house and prog house this year (not becuase i don't like anything else, just the gigs i've been getting). I also got in the top 4 trance-progressive trance DJs :-)

As for band stuff, I like Minuit, the Dandy Warhols (before they were famous), Sex Pistols, Manu Chao, Cloudboy, Wai 100% ... yada yada

Yo, just want to say, I've attended a bunch of outdoor heloid/Wonderland events, starting with a thing at Massey Memorial a couple of years back, and they have always been cool. The 2003 was however WAYYYYYY impressive, and totally ruled, and '04 can only be better. Wahoo! Come to this, folks. FUN!

Crap, I think I just blew my lurker status.

Welcome to the fold, my friend.
