i am a cigarette smoker.. i would say that the cigarette has its shaft a good way up my sphincter. im quite stoned right now, and i took notice of the whole process. wanting, smoking after having a puff, i felt sick to my stomach. i do reguarly have a smoke whilst on cloud 9......................this is a new experience. like when youre a kid and everythings so exciting or boring or wonderful or traumatic .
there are people living off my stupidity, think about the lifestyle availabe through the profit of tobbacco, true most of it tax. but low % on big numbers is still a fucken shitload of $moolah$.

please stop with me. this is a long term request. please think of it often... and i beg you to stop, take notice of how you feel EVERY SINGLE TIME you inhale. im sorry for shouting, im really yelling at myself.

i know i dont have to be a bhuddist. and i hate it how i dont have the conviction normally. im sure that theres a 50 - 75 % chance that this is whats going to kill me. ive got other vices obiously but the benefits far out weigh the negatives. ive heard that its very addictive and all the tech speak, in one ear and out the other.

must go to bed. its been a long night. i went to the battle of the bands new plymouth heat 2 tonight smiling after a dose of local talent infusion. i left before the winners were announced, but on personal choice and crowd reaction (as it should be...) Blue V and Brewski should come up trumps. Agent and Culzean won last night , so the four N.P. bands and the two winners from Palmerston Nth, AND.... 1 bonus winner from both N.P. heats (since the competition was so feirce for 2nd spot at heat 1) will make the regionals in N.P. presumably at the underground at the mill.
its gonna be good (whenever, wherever it is).
