Thanks to Panam who played down in Timaru on Saturday night.
A great gig. We seem to rarely get good bands playing down here and it was awesome to hear their great sounds. BUT what a bunch of wankers they actually are. Perhaps when someone offers their thanks to a band member for a great gig they might want to sort their attitude out - remember you never know who you are talking to!

Hey! nice to see someone else from ...

Hey! nice to see someone else from timmers on here! i thought the same when i thanked them....it's so rare for a great gig to happen in timaru, esp with the apathetic response to the last couple of gig at the hog. on stand out was pluto...great buncha blokes!
i was particularly surprised as i made a complete prat of myself before the gig.

heres how it went down;

PLUTO GUY; hey, do you guys have blank audio tapes
ME: sigh! no we don't....this is VIDEO EZY, we don't stock audio tapes....go to the warehouse

i didn't even recognise him and was really rude...the only reson i was rude because i was trying to close up so i could go to the gig! ahhhh foolish!

Everytime i talk to Rubicon, Gene's ...

Everytime i talk to Rubicon, Gene's always friendly. Jon didn't talk much the first few times i met them but last time i saw him was when i got to hang out with him while i was doing work experience at the Edge and he was much cooler then. Paul has his friendly moments too...
In general, i didn't finf them that bad, a pretty cool bunch of guys in my opinion. And i'm not just saying that coz i like their music!
