ow abou tthis, ALLM city councils/local government be abolished and Mayors, City Councillers, Parking Wardens, Noise Control and Admin be forced at gunpoint "to evacuate the city for 3 days while alterations to the local govt act take place" - but this will be a ploy to abolish local government and city councils and get ALL city council workers (regardless of status) to go into the countryside and work as peasants building socialism in the fields - by growing cabbages, turnips, pumpkins, rice, potatos and pumpkins 12-15 hours per day, everyday, rain shine, sleet, snow drought or excessive heat with a gun in there backs for a small bowl of rice a day.

pools librarys etc can be run by community trusts, street lights and roads by central govt....that means one law for all.
