the only non-steps bar i think is valve. wouldnt call it nice - its kind of an institution, but its scummy and tiny and gross.
indigo has many stairs but wheelchair carrying bouncers. starlight and bodega have some stairs. none of them have wheelchair-friendly loos, really. sorry love....
